Contact us and send us a photo of your bag. Thus we can identify the problem and find out the best solution.
Defects within waranty (2 years) – unless caused by improper use – we repair free of charge.
Defects beyond waranty we repair at reasonable prices. It is part of our sustainability concept to maintain a bag as long as possible. When having sent us a photo of the bag and the detailed to be repaired, we will send an offer.

The shipment must be done at the expense of the customers expenses. We do not accept any unpaid parcels.
Self repair and wearparts
Most of typical repairs of bags, customers can manage by themselves or often with the help of local craftsman, which could be a shoemaker. For this kind of repair we keep most of the hardware used for the production of our leatherbags in stock. So, kindly send a photo of the defective Hardware to:
